Chelsea F. is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Persona since June 2021, Chelsea recruits and assesses candidates, develops recruiting strategies, and fosters candidate relationships. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Recruitment Specialist at Transec BPO, where Chelsea led full-cycle hiring and improved recruitment programs, as well as training new Recruitment Associates. Chelsea began a career at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated, progressing from an HR Phonescreener to Talent Acquisition Associate and Interim Team Lead, gaining valuable experience in team leadership and volume recruitment. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned between 2008 and 2012.
