Alexis Martinez is an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at GR0, responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop candidate screening processes. Previously, Alexis served as a recruiter at EPITEC, managing the full recruitment life cycle and utilizing data analysis tools to track metrics throughout the process. Before transitioning to recruitment, Alexis held sales roles at Hyatt House, where effective budget management and presentation skills were demonstrated, alongside early career experiences in education and hospitality. Alexis holds an AA in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on Social and Behavioral Science, as well as Hospitality Administration/Management, from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and Cypress College.
