Darren Ballinger is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Permutive since May 2019, Darren oversees engineering for the advertiser side of the business, leading teams that design and build key products, including a privacy-centric platform for advertisers. Prior experience includes roles at eBay, where Darren was a Lead Software Engineer responsible for high-traffic APIs and re-architecting seller accounts, and as a Tech Lead within the European Product Development team. Previous positions at BT, Raytheon Systems Limited, Detica, Legal Services Commission, and ABM United Kingdom Limited further developed Darren's technical skills in software development and system design. Darren holds a 2:1 degree in Computer Science from Nottingham Trent University.
