Jeremy Bartels is an experienced chemist with a robust background in flow assurance and materials science. Currently serving as the RD&E Group Leader for Flow Assurance at ChampionX since November 2014, Jeremy has led high-caliber research projects that resulted in multiple patent applications and significant revenue generation for the company. Previous roles include Principal Chemist and Senior Scientist at Alcon Laboratories, where responsibilities included developing and validating analytical methods for contact lenses. Earlier experience includes working as a Polymer Scientist at Sigma Aldrich and conducting graduate research at Washington University in St. Louis, where a PhD in Organic Chemistry was obtained. Jeremy holds a BS in Chemistry from Texas State University, along with an MS from the same institution. A publication and a patent were also achieved during an internship at Sealed Air Corporation.
