Robert Araiza is a seasoned professional in the lighting controls industry, currently serving as the Manager of Lighting Controls Applications at Performance Lighting Systems since August 2015. This role involves the procurement and training of new engineers, developing departmental standards, and overseeing the daily operations of a team of over ten engineers. Prior experience includes working as an Applications Engineer at the same company, where Robert designed and created construction documents for electrical lighting controls across various project scales. Earlier, Robert contributed as a Designer at Residential Fire Systems Inc. by engineering fire sprinkler systems according to NFPA standards, and served as a Drafter at Ocean Technology Systems, focusing on processing engineering change requests and document control.
