Roi started their career at Logika 4PL as an Account Manager, where they handled daily operations, managed international imports and exports, and oversaw e-commerce and B2B order management.
After that, they worked at Elorus as a Customer Support Lead, providing email and live chat support, conducting demo calls, and creating knowledge base materials.
Roi then joined Viral Loops as a Technical Support Specialist, troubleshooting tech issues, identifying bugs, and offering implementation insights. Roi also served as an Onboarding Specialist, ensuring smooth onboarding for trial users and converting leads into customers.
At Plum Fintech, Roi worked as a Customer Success Lead, focusing on scaling support with automation, monitoring team KPIs, and setting quarterly targets.

Roi Kiouri completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Management from City University of Seattle from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, Roi attended the 28th Unified Lyceum of Athens from 2003 to 2006, obtaining a high school diploma.
