Pavitra Singh is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as CHRO & VP for PepsiCo India & South Asia and AMESA Frontline Experience since November 2012. Previously, Pavitra held various senior roles at PepsiCo, including Director of Talent Acquisition for Asia Middle East and North Africa and Head of Talent Management, Development, and Diversity & Inclusion. Key achievements include leading digital transformation in recruitment, establishing the PepsiCo India Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and spearheading diversity initiatives that earned recognition such as the Harvey Russell award. Prior roles include HR Business Partner positions at Fair Isaac and American Express, where significant contributions included scaling operations and managing the entire employee life cycle. Pavitra holds an MBA in HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Symbiosis College.
