Steven McGowan is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience at Balchem Corporation, where a career has spanned from April 1976 to the present in various roles, including Senior Food Scientist and Senior Food Technician. In addition to managing the Ice Cream Lab, which produces samples for customer demonstrations, Steven has led the development of new flavor concepts, including the annual Feature Flavor program. Earlier experience includes a position as Food Technician at Givaudan Flavors from February 1997 to December 2008. Steven McGowan's academic foundation is rooted in education from Northwestern University, where studies were completed between 1973 and 1976.
