Lauren McQueen is an experienced project manager currently working at Pepper since March 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of iOS, Android, and web applications for both UK and international clients, as well as providing post-launch support. Previously, Lauren held roles such as Operations Assistant at Pepper and Project Management Assistant at Great Entertainment Group, contributing to significant family entertainment events in Hong Kong. In addition to project management and operations, Lauren has a diverse customer service background, including roles as a waiter, English tutor, and hostess, showcasing strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Lauren holds a degree in International Business Management with a focus on International Business & Marketing from Oxford Brookes University, completed in 2022.
