Fabien Gache began their career in 1999 as an Ingénieur Développement Logiciels at HOERBIGER. Fabien then worked as an Animateur Centre de Vacances for Village Vacances Familles in 2000. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as an Ingénieur Développement Logiciels at Marconi Communication, SOLYSTIC SAS, and Infologic. In 2003, they also worked as an Ingénieur Développement Logiciels at SECAPEM. From 2005 to 2019, they worked at Conduent as Manager du Service Solutions Innovantes, Chef de Projet, and Responsable Technique Logiciel. In 2019, they began working at Foederis as Directeur Recherche et Développement. In 2021, they started working at PeopleSpheres as Chief Technical Officer, where they are responsible for integration of the product vision, defining the strategic development plan, managing 40 people and subcontractors, creating innovative architecture, organizing products and technologies, using AGILE methodology, and monitoring budgets.

Fabien Gache began their educational journey in 1994 when they graduated from Lycée Gabriel Faure with a BAC C in Mathématiques. Fabien then attended Université Grenoble Alpes, where they earned a DEUG A in Maths Physique Chimie Informatique from 1994 to 1996. In 1996, they began attending INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Informatique in 1999.
