Martin Heibel serves as the Managing Director for Germany at Unique since April 2022, focusing on a tailored GenAI use case platform that enhances productivity in the financial industry. As the Founder and Managing Director at PeoplePath since January 2008, Martin Heibel has been dedicated to fostering long-term connections through innovative people platforms. Previously, Martin Heibel founded and led Ciara, a voice-powered meeting assistant, from January 2019 to March 2022, and initiated XPRENEURS, a startup incubation program, from January 2017 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at the LMU Entrepreneurship Center from October 2004 to December 2007. Martin Heibel holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Finance from WHU and a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from Ludwig Maximilians Universität München, with additional studies at Harvard Business School.
