Alexandra Carlier Cadiou has extensive experience in the field of training and operations management, currently serving as Directrice BU Inter entreprises et Offre at Demos since June 2008. In this role, Alexandra oversees team coordination for both inter and intra-company training while managing all aspects of the training process to ensure high-quality delivery and satisfaction. Previous positions at Demos include Directrice des opérations and Responsable des Opérations et Projets Transverses Business Units, where Alexandra facilitated sales administration and developed new processes to enhance operational efficiency. Alexandra's earlier career at Printemps involved significant contributions as Responsable Intranet, enhancing the company's internal communication platform, and as Chef de Projet Communication Interne, where Alexandra organized corporate events and internal communication initiatives. Alexandra holds two master's degrees, one in communication from ESJ Paris and the other in corporate communication from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
