Nivi Rabbi has a strong background in human resources, with significant experience in leadership roles. Nivi is currently working at Pentera as the Senior Director of HR. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources, Americas at Pentera and also served as an HR Business Partner. Before joining Pentera, Nivi worked at NRHR - Consulting Services as an HR consultant and Career Coach, where they provided talent acquisition services and career coaching to job seekers across various industries. Nivi also has experience as the Director of HR at Earnix and the Head of HR at Market.com, where they played a crucial role in organizational growth and staff integration. In their early career, they worked at Voltaire as an HR Manager and Hiring & Training Manager, supporting the company through an IPO and acquisition. Nivi began their career as a Senior Recruiter at Matrix.

Nivi Rabbi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Social Studies from The Open University of Israel from 1998 to 2002. Nivi then pursued a Master's Degree in Labor Studies at Tel Aviv University from 2006 to 2007. In 2009 to 2010, they attended the ICA - Israeli Coaching Association. Afterward, Nivi completed an HR Management Certification at UMass Boston starting in 2016.
