Deb Sparrow is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Chairperson and a member of the Management Board at Surrey Downs Community Childrenā€™s Centre since September 2023. Previously, Deb has held significant roles at Airlock Digital, including Head of People, and has accumulated extensive HR experience across various organizations such as Southern Cross Care, Minda Incorporated, and Maxima Group. Deb's educational background includes a Master's degree in Law focused on Employment and Labour Relations Law from the University of Melbourne and a degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of South Australia.
