April Hashimoto has extensive experience in the mining industry, with a focus on finance. April started their career at Placer Dome Inc in 1998, where they held the positions of CFO - Global Exploration Group from 1998 to 2003 and CFO - Strategic Development Group from 2003 to 2006. April then joined Pacific Rim Mining Corp in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer until 2008. Since 2010, April has been the Chief Financial Officer at Pembrook Mining Corp.

April Hashimoto attended the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ontario) for their Chartered Accountant degree. April then pursued a Bachelor of Arts at Western University. April later earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
