Spencer Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls and management. Currently serving as Project Controller at HydroGeoLogic, Inc. since August 2023, Spencer previously built a strong foundation in project controls as Project Controls Manager at Cabrera Services Inc. from December 2009 to August 2023. Prior roles include Project Controls Cost Scheduler at Shaw Environmental, Inc. and Project Controls Engineer & Cost Analyst at Walbridge Aldinger.
