Monique de Koeijer is an experienced professional in the construction and marketing communications sectors, currently serving as a Bid Writer at Pellikaan Bouwbedrijf bv since 2002, where responsibilities include selecting projects from the European Tender Database and coordinating tender documents for UK design and build projects.
