Amanda Scopo has extensive work experience in the field of gym operations and management. Amanda began their career at The Little Gym in 2007, where they served as a Program Director and later became an Operations Manager. In 2007, they were promoted to the role of Gym Director. In 2013, Amanda joined The Little Gym International, where they initially worked as a Business Consultant. Amanda then moved on to become a Pre-Opening and Resale Business Consultant, followed by the position of New Gym Operations & Real Estate Manager. Currently, Amanda holds the role of Director of Brand Assurance and New Gym Openings.

Amanda Scopo attended Florida State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
