Charmaine Komaran is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as the People & Talent Manager at Pelago since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading HR functions, developing strategies aligned with company goals, and overseeing the full recruitment cycle. Prior to this role, Charmaine held various positions at Spencer Ogden from November 2015 to June 2020, including Team Lead for IT Recruitment, achieving recognition as a Million Dollar Biller and ranking among the top contract billers in the APAC region. Charmaine's earlier career includes recruitment consultancy roles at Capita Pte Ltd and BGC Group. Charmaine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
