Petronella Lockhart is a seasoned talent leadership professional currently serving as the SVP Talent for Qatar Airways since October 2022, overseeing all talent functions for the Qatar Airways group. Prior experience includes significant roles at SWAROVSKI from August 2013 to October 2022, where Petronella held positions as Head of Talent, Learning and Culture and Global VP Leadership, Learning and Performance Development, successfully establishing talent strategies and development programs. Previous positions also encompass Retail Academy Director at The Body Shop International, Head of Learning and Development at OCS Group UK, and various leadership and training roles within the Arcadia Group Ltd, UNIQLO, and Hobbs Ltd. Petronella holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Queen Mary University of London, complemented by certificates in Change Leadership from Cornell University and the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
