Mor Goldfeder has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and research fields. They began their career at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology as a Ph.D. student and later served as a Lead Teaching Assistant in the Food Analysis Student Lab. In 2014, they joined GenoSmart Ltd as an R&D Scientist. In 2015, they moved to the Laboratory for Targeted Drug Delivery and Personalized Medicine Technologies, Technion, where they worked as a Research Manager until 2022. In 2017, Mor Goldfeder joined Peel Therapeutics, initially serving as CTO and Manager of the Israel Development Center and later transitioning to VP, Technology and Early Development | Managing Director of Peel Israel.
Mor Goldfeder completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology and food engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2008. From 2008 to 2014, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the same field at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. In 2017, Mor Goldfeder went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completing it in 2019.
