Rachel Daniels has worked for five different companies in various roles. From 2022 to present, they have been the Regional Manager - US Atlantic for ACROBiosystems. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Manufacturing Lead - Upstream Production for Biogen. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Manufacturing Team Lead and Research Associate for BioLegend. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Research Assistant for Howard Hughes Medical Institute. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Research Assistant for Brigham Young University.

Rachel Daniels attended UC San Diego from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering.
