Thomas Newton is a highly experienced medical professional specializing in pediatric hematology and oncology. Since August 2020, Thomas has served as the Medical Director at Pediatric Specialists of Virginia while also practicing as a Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist. Prior to this, Thomas had a distinguished career with the United States Air Force, holding various leadership positions such as Chief of the Department of Pediatrics and Division Chief of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Thomas's extensive education includes a Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of New Hampshire.
