Caroline Means has extensive experience in the nursing field, currently serving as a Behavioral Health RN and charge nurse at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center since August 2018, where responsibilities include addressing patients' physical and emotional needs on a psychiatric unit. Previously, Caroline held the role of Pre/Post Operative Nurse at the same institution, ensuring safe and effective care for patients undergoing anesthesia. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Nurse Apprentice in a surgical/orthopedic setting and volunteering as a Patient Ambassador in the Emergency Department. Caroline's early career included a summer internship at the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders, focusing on scientific writing and research. Caroline's educational background includes a Master's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Gonzaga University, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Idaho State University, and an Associate’s degree in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College.
