Steven Michael Adames, CWI, currently serves as Project Superintendent II at Peak Construction Corporation since July 2022. Previously, Steven held positions as Project Superintendent at the same company, Staff Engineer at Pennoni, and Construction Engineer at Kleinfelder, focusing on commercial construction special inspection with expertise in structural steel bolting, welding, masonry, and fireproofing. Steven's extensive experience also includes a six-year tenure as Technical Manager at Advantage Engineers, where responsibilities encompassed construction material testing, inspection, and project management. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Wilkes University, complemented by a Certified Welding Inspector Seminar from the Welder Training and Testing Institute. Steven's early experience includes undergraduate research on automotive efficiency and technical responsibilities in wastewater treatment facilities.
