Lesa McMaster has extensive work experience in sales and operations. From 2019 to the present, they have worked as the Head of Sales Operations at IWG plc. Prior to this, they held the same position at IWG plc since 2005. From 2014 to the present, they also served as the Sales Performance Director at The Regus Group. Before that, they were the Sales and Service Centre Operations Manager at The Regus Group from 2009 to the present. Additionally, from 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Sales Manager at The Regus Group. Lesa McMaster started their career in 1999 as a Sales Team Manager at Santander UK Limited, where they stayed until 2005.

Lesa McMaster received a BA (Hons) 2:1 degree in Business & Management from Ulster University, having completed their education from 1995 to 1999.
