Deanna Petersen is an accomplished HR professional, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Peace of Mind Technologies, LLC since November 2010. In this role, Deanna is integral to enhancing company culture, focusing on employee retention and profit growth, while also providing strategic support to executives as a Leadership Team Member. Prior to this, Deanna worked as an Operations Manager at Stratford Financial Services from 2003 to 2010, contributing to a successful custom home experience in the mortgage sector.
