Mahschid Sayyar is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the People & Culture Lead at glueckkanja AG since May 2021. With a strong background in leadership, change management, and talent management, Mahschid has effectively contributed to systemisches Coaching and leadership development initiatives. Prior to this role, Mahschid was the Personalleiterin and Prokuristin at Deutsche Vermögensberatung from August 2016 to September 2021, overseeing a team of 14 staff and advising management on personnel and leadership development, change management, and labor law. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Universal McCann GmbH from May 2012 to July 2016.
