Amanda Herald has extensive experience in sales and customer relationship management, currently serving as an Account Manager for PDS Paragon Development Systems since March 2014, where responsibilities include developing strategic customer relationships, managing the RFP process, and maintaining financial commitments. Previous roles include Inside Sales Representative at PDS, where Amanda supported pricing, order management, and customer reporting, and Third Party Buyer at Hydrite Chemical Co., managing vendor orders and customer invoicing. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
