Allen brings over 25 years of IT and engineering experience to the team. Allen was previous the Talent Acquisition manager for IM Flash Technologies in Lehi, Utah. Allenā€™s heart lies in building a trusting relationship by truly listening in order to help his friends reach their goals. In addition to his subject matter expertise in the areas of recruitment and talent management he loves to travel (scuba diving & white water rafting) and spend time with his family.
