Maura Coyle

Maura Coyle has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Maura began their career at The Human Rights Campaign as an intern, where they played a role in spreading awareness about the Employment Non-Discrimination Act. Maura also interned at the United States District Court, gaining valuable experience in a legal setting.

After their internships, Maura joined Loyola University Maryland as a Student Assistant, where they contributed to the university's administrative functions.

Following that, Maura worked at Rockefeller Capital Management, where they held multiple roles. Maura started as a Business Analyst, where they trained teams on project management software and facilitated communication within the organization. Later, they became a Real Estate Project Manager, responsible for overseeing real estate projects. Finally, Maura served as an Associate in Talent Acquisition and Development, focusing on talent acquisition strategies and programs.

Most recently, Maura joined Canoe as a Talent and Organizational Development professional. In this role, they oversee talent development programs, career growth planning, organizational strategy, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Throughout their work experience, Maura has demonstrated a strong focus on talent acquisition, talent development, and organizational strategy in various industries.

Maura Coyle completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies from Loyola University Maryland from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Collingswood High School from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Maura Coyle has obtained certifications in Advanced HR Management: People and Organization and Advanced HR Management: Workplace and HR from Rutgers Business School in May 2018. Maura is also a founding community member of LifeLabs Learning, an accomplishment they achieved in July 2022.
