Krissy Hicks is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in customer engagement and campaign management. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at Bottle Rocket since October 2021, Krissy previously held the role of Senior Campaign Manager at PDI Software, focusing on project pipeline management, targeted email campaigns, and team training. Prior experience includes Senior Implementation Manager at PDI Software, Implementation Manager at Excentus, and Project/Program Management Consultant at NTT DATA Consulting.
