Jake Ogden is a Customer Success Manager at Fieldwire by Hilti, responsible for customer success in Great Britain and parts of Europe since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jake served in various capacities at Russell WBHO from September 2019 to December 2023, including Assistant Project Manager and Site Engineer. Jake's career in civil engineering began at Kier Group, where the role held was Civil Engineer from July 2014 to August 2019. Jake holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
