Michael Zirpolo has a diverse work experience. Michael began their career as a Valet Agent at Thrifty Car & Van Rental in 2012, followed by a Service Agent role at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the same year. In 2014, they were an Test Environment Intern at Fidelity Investments. In 2015, they were a Technical Analyst at Mass. Eye and Ear and a QA Analyst at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Theirduties there included test execution to find errors in the scripting process for mapping peripheral devices to client computers, documenting results within Microsoft Test Manager, using Epic Hyperspace in production on each workstation to ensure the software would properly run for go live, and supporting the command center team to identify the root cause of failures and escalate accordingly. Since 2016, they have been an IT Specialist at Endicott College and is currently an IT Consultant at PCS.

Michael Zirpolo completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BSc) in Information Technology from Cambridge College in 2015, following an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from Bunker Hill CC in 2014.
