Isabelle Watkins has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Isabelle started their career at FWAG as an Assistant in 2009. In 2011, they worked as an educational assistant at Longlands Care Farm and as a Retail Assistant at The Co-operative Group. Isabelle then joined Food For Thought, Peterchurch in 2004 and worked there as a Waitress/Kitchen Assistant until 2011. In 2013, they took on a role as a Supervisor at Shepherds Ice Cream Parlour for a few months. Since 2013, Isabelle has been working at PCI Pharma Services. Isabelle initially held the position of Compliance Officer, where they were responsible for document management, preparation of product quality reviews, and processing complaints and change controls. Currently, Isabelle serves as the Compliance Lead at PCI Pharma Services.

Isabelle Watkins completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science from Aberystwyth University from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Hereford Sixthform College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an A-Level in four subjects (B-D). Isabelle completed their secondary education at Fairfield High School in Peterchurch, Hereford, from 2001 to 2006, where they achieved ten GCSEs with grades A to C.
