Fernanda Atary is an experienced professional in financial controls and compliance governance, currently serving as the Director of SOX Controls & Compliance Governance at Organon since June 2021. Prior to this role, Fernanda held the position of Associate Director of Financial Controls at Allergan from February 2012 to June 2021. Earlier in the career, Fernanda worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte from January 2009 to February 2012 and as an Accounting Assistant at Matthias & Matthias Law from October 2007 to December 2008. Fernanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from UCF College of Business, earned between 2004 and 2008.
