Delyth Thomas has experience in a variety of roles and industries. Delyth started their career in 2006 at Brecon Pharmaceuticals as a Logistics Planner, where they worked until 2009. Delyth then became an Assistant Stock Controller at Brecon Pharmacuticals from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they served as a Netball Development Officer at Welsh Netball from 2012 to 2016. Delyth then transitioned to the role of Assistant Planner at St Merryns Food from 2016 to 2017. Delyth subsequently worked as a Production and Purchasing Planner at Ak Industries from 2017 to 2019. Delyth then joined Polytec Car Styling Schoten as a Production Planner from 2019 to 2020. Their most recent position was as a Commercial Project Manager at SHARP Clinical Services, Inc, where they worked from 2020 to 2023. Delyth is currently working as a Junior Project Manager at PCI Pharma Services, starting in 2023.

Delyth Thomas received their education in Wales. In 1993, they attended Gwernyfed High school, where they completed their secondary education. From 1998 to 2000, Delyth Thomas enrolled in Coleg Powys, where they pursued a BTEC national diploma level 3 in Sports Science.
