Roger Duncan has extensive experience in leadership and business management across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Membership for the Pikes Peak Council of the Boy Scouts of America since 2014, Roger has also been a Partner at PCI Broadband since 2011, overseeing sales, marketing, and strategic planning for fiber optic networks and VOIP deployments. As CEO of Miningbooks.com since 2007, Roger manages online marketing and publishing operations. Previously, as Owner/Partner at PCI Broadband/PhonePipe and President and CEO of Tellurium Communications, Inc. from 1998 to 2011, Roger led a telecommunications company serving medium and large businesses with a multi-carrier approach. Roger holds a degree from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1993.
