Jack Basile is an experienced Senior Systems Programmer with a career spanning several decades in the technology and law enforcement sectors. Currently employed at Publishers Clearing House since 1999, Jack has specialized in the installation, customization, testing, and implementation of various MVS OEM applications, as well as working extensively with IBM CICS 5. Prior to this role, Jack worked at the New York City Police Department from 1981 to 1999, where responsibilities included serving as a Technical Support Systems Programmer and previously as a Patrolman. Jack's educational background includes attendance at the Academy of Aeronautics from 1969 to 1971.
