Jeff Chisholm is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in technical support and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at PaySimple since May 2021, Jeff previously held roles at Anthem, Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included providing remote software support and managing key Fortune 50 accounts. Jeff's career began at Digital Equipment Corporation as a VMS Support Specialist and progressed through various positions at Compaq Computer Corporation and HP, where significant achievements included leading consulting projects and acting as Operations Manager. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Babson College and has additional educational background from Western New England University and Holliston High. Military service was completed with the US Army 14th Engineer Battalion from 1974 to 1977.
