Aahirah Amir is an experienced professional in support and technical management, currently serving as Support Manager at Autodesk since June 2024. Previously, Aahirah worked as Application Support Manager at Safe-Guard Products International, Product Support Manager at Oracle, and held various roles at IBM, including Team Lead and Interim Manager. Aahirah’s expertise encompasses client service, issue resolution, and technical training, demonstrated through consistent 99% compliance with service level objectives and extensive knowledge of email software products.
