Lindsay Simon is an experienced professional in talent operations and the service industry, currently serving as a Senior Talent Operations Coordinator at Cedar since September 2021, following a role as Talent Operations Coordinator. Concurrently, Lindsay has been a Singing Server at Ellen's Stardust Diner since December 2016. Previous experience includes a Sales Development Associate position at Better, hostess duties at Bocca Di Bacco, and various sales associate roles at Sugar Shop and Tommy Bahama.
