William Small-Smith has over 6 years of work experience. In 2021, they assumed the role of Head of Commercial Partnerships, Business Development Specialist, and Senior Sales Manager at Paymenow Group, DNI, and M4JAM (Pty) Ltd. respectively. Additionally, in 2015 they became a Professional at Free State Rugby Union.

William Small-Smith has a history of education from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. From 2011 to 2015, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in Law. From 2016 to 2017, they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Taxation. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Laws - LLB in Law, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
