Anissa Rivers-Freeland is an experienced professional in fraud and risk management, currently serving as a Fraud and Risk Manager at Payactiv since November 2020. Prior to this role, Anissa held positions at Green Dot Corporation as Regulation E/Electronic Funds Transfer Dispute Resolution Dispute Manager and Senior Loss Management from July 2016 to June 2020, where collaboration with bank partners and compliance teams resulted in the establishment of a compliant Regulation E/EFTA program. Anissa also managed and trained a team of Investigation Analysts to ensure compliance with legal regulations. At AchieveCard from April 2013 to July 2016, Anissa worked as a Regulation E Subject Matter Expert and Non-Fraud & Fraud Investigation Manager, overseeing a significant volume of disputes and improving the company's dispute loss rate following a Consent Order. Anissa is an alumna of Weber State University.
