Ransika De Silva has been a part of the professional world since 2004. Ransika began their career as an Internship and Associate Software Engineer at Virtusa, before moving to Visni (Pvt) Ltd in 2007, where they took on the role of Co-Founder & CEO. Ransika then returned to Virtusa in the same year as a Software Engineer. In 2016, they joined Funding Societies Singapore as Lead Software Architect. In 2019, they took on the roles of Founder & CEO at Pay Master Solutions Pvt Ltd and Director at FirstPay Pte Ltd.

Ransika De Silva obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 2002 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Royal College in Sri Lanka. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Sun Certified Java Programmer and Sun Certified Mobile Application Developer from Sun Micro Systems Inc and Sun Microsystems, respectively.
