Samuel Caplan has extensive experience in leadership and development roles within various organizations. As a Partner at Integrity Merchant Solutions since February 2014, Caplan provides competitive credit card processing rates through collaboration with First Data. In addition, as Chief Development Officer for Camp Ramah in Wisconsin, Caplan oversees donor management efforts and develops data-driven fundraising strategies. Prior to these roles, Caplan served as the Midwest Regional Deputy Director for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee from March 2007 to December 2013, managing a major regional operation and leading initiatives within local synagogues. Caplan's career began as Director of Informal Education at Anshe Emet from April 2003 to April 2007, where educational programming for youth was developed and executed. Caplan holds a BA in International Relations from The George Washington University and has studied at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
