Yann Evanno is an experienced pastry chef currently serving as Responsable recherche & développement and Chef pâtissier exécutif at Pierre Hermé Paris since November 2012. Prior to this role, Yann held the position of Sous Chef pâtissier at Ritz Paris from August 2010 to July 2012 and worked as Chef de partie pâtisserie at Hôtel Le Meurice from December 2006 to June 2010. Yann Evanno's formal education includes a CAP BEP in Patisserie obtained from Le Paraclet between 1998 and 2001.
