Tom Gausden has a strong background in sales and business development in the healthcare industry. Tom served as the Head of Sales and Lead for Life Sciences & Sustainability at Patients Know Best from February 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Senior Business Manager and Lead for Life Sciences & Sustainability at the same company from April 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Patients Know Best, Tom worked as a Senior Business Manager at the company, where they focused on addressing communication and coordination challenges in healthcare. Tom also gained experience as a Regional Business Development Manager at TPP (The Phoenix Partnership) from December 2017 to May 2020. In their role at TPP, Tom was responsible for building and maintaining relationships across all sectors of the NHS and leading strategic initiatives.
