Mildred Emefa Biaku, PhD, has extensive experience in academia and behavioral health. Currently serving as part-time faculty at Butler County Community College since January 2019, Mildred teaches educational psychology and introduction to psychology, focusing on cultural analysis and skills improvement. Concurrently, Mildred has worked as a clinician and teacher counselor at Passavant Memorial Homes since September 2017, providing behavioral assessment and therapy for individuals facing mental health challenges. Previous roles include part-time faculty at the University of Pittsburgh, clinician/therapist at Pittsburgh Mercy, and adjunct assistant professor at Birmingham-Southern College. Mildred holds a PhD in Higher Education/Teaching and Learning and has academic qualifications in sociology and accounting from the University of North Dakota and the University of Ghana.
