James is currently the Hospitality Operations Manager at Tibbs Farm, focusing on improving speed of service in the cafe and building key partnerships with local producers and community groups. Previously, James has held positions such as Senior Project Manager at PASKIN overseeing venue operations, General Manager at The Barbary, and General Manager at HB Pubs Ltd. Outside of the hospitality industry, James is a musician known as James the Brute, DJ and playlister under the name Jimmy the Brute, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Music Technology from Rose Bruford College.
